Remarks

• 1. Guests may enrol in the Friends membership tier by registering via the Chow Tai Fook official website, CTF Club APP, or by completing the membership registration form in-store.
• 2. To qualify for the Red membership tier, a same-day cumulative spend of HK$1 or more is required at the eShop or any Chow Tai Fook branch in Hong Kong or Macau (excluding Hong Kong Disney and Disney Castle stores).
• 3. Membership is valid for one year, beginning on the date the membership tier is granted and expiring on the last day of the same calendar month in the following year.
• 4. Membership tier status is determined by your accumulated qualifying spending within the membership period.
  • a. Upgrade: If your accumulated qualifying spending reaches the threshold for a higher tier within the membership period, your tier will be upgraded immediately. The new membership period and the validity of your qualifying spending will commence from the date of upgrade and continue until the last day of the same calendar month in the following year.
  • b. Renew: If your accumulated qualifying spending meets the renewal requirement within the membership period, your existing tier will be renewed for one year, effective from the last day of the current membership period. Qualifying spending for renewal resets to HK$0 at the start of each new membership year. Qualifying spending for upgrade will also restart from HK$0 and will be calculated based on the threshold of your current tier.
  • c. Downgrade: If neither the renewal nor upgrade threshold is met within the membership period, your tier will be downgraded to the next lower level. Qualifying spending for renewal will restart from HK$0 in the new membership year. Qualifying spending for upgrade will also restart from HK$0 and will be calculated based on the threshold of your current tier.
• 5. To accumulate qualifying spending towards your next membership milestone, please present your valid e-membership or physical membership card prior to each purchase.
